Durham University is a collegiate public research university in Durham, North East England, founded by an Act of Parliament in 1832. It was one of the first universities to commence tuition in England for more than 600 years, after Oxford and Cambridge, and is one of the institutions to be described as the third-oldest university in England.
"Before we used this system we kept track of our data across 4 different platforms, not only was this time consuming but there was a chance of losing data. Since transferring over we have seen a sharp increase in the numbers of hours and volunteer numbers. This has had a massive impact on us. We're now able to track their feedback and experiences which allows us to expand the service we provide."
