Pricing Information

We offer our MEL platform and its implementation as well as a variety of MEL services.

These prices are a guide - talk to us about your requirements as costs in different countries may vary.

MEL Platform - Annual licence fee 

The annual licence fee depends on two factors: 

  • Size/turnover of your organisation or programme. 
  • Complexity of your setup (number of projects, delivery accounts and programmes). 

It is worth mentioning that you can have as many users as you wish as we do not charge by user. The annual licence fee starts from £1,200pa (+VAT) for a delivery account with 1 project. Costs depend on your specific requirements so it is worth having a discussion and demo to determine your requirements would be structured on Upshot.

MEL Platform - One off Setup fee 

The one-off setup fee starts from £1,200 (+VAT) and depends on your implementation requirements around complexity, training and potential bulk upload of participants. 

To get you up and running on Upshot, the setup fee involves: 

  • Dedicated account managers to configure and set up your account with you 
  • Requirements collection 
  • Demo account build and configuration for testing and training 
  • Live account build and configuration 
  • Online or in-person training 

Additional consultancy after the initial implementation is charged at a day rate of £695 (+VAT). The number of additional days required will depend on your unique requirements.

  • Bespoke MEL workshops: from £750 (+VAT)

  • MEL Plans: From £3,500 (+VAT)
