Pricing Information

In terms of the cost of Upshot, it's divided into two different parts; the annual licence fee and the consultancy fee.

The annual licence fee depends on two factors - size/turnover of the organisation and the complexity of the setup which is defined by the number of projects, accounts and programmes. It is worth mentioning that you can have as many users as you wish as do not charge by user.

The annual licence fee starts at £1,200pa (+VAT) for a delivery account with 1 project. Costs depend on your specific requirements so it is worth having a discussion and demo to determine how the account can be structured for you. 

The set-up fee includes configuration, set up of accounts and data migration, consultancy and training. This starts at £1,200 +VAT and depends on the complexity of the account, bulk uploads of participants and number of training days. The set-up fee is a one-off payment and ongoing 'free' support is covered by your licence.

To get you up and running on Upshot, the one-off onboarding consultancy fee includes: 

  • Dedicated account managers to configure and set up your account with you.
  • If required - attendee data import
  • Bespoke system training for your organisation

Our consultancy is charged at a day rate of £595 (+VAT). The number of days required will depend on your unique setup requirements.
