Their main focus is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families. They achieve this by providing a diverse calendar of inclusive social activities which disabled people of all ages and abilities can participate in. They also offer subsidized physiotherapy and a range of support, training and advice services for parent carers.
They support over 600 families in the Hull and East Yorkshire region, operating from premises on the historic High Street of central Hull. Here they have their own private therapy room, a training suite and large informal multi-purpose room, as well as the charity's offices where they co-ordinate the charity's activities and handle the day-today operation of the charity.
